Upon registration for an event, we may collect profile information such as employment status, education, professional background, and a profile photo you choose to upload (for example, for your event badge or app profile).

Event Photography, Video, and Interviews
During an Event, WTE Miami and its representatives may photograph, video, or audio-record Attendees, speakers, Exhibitor personnel, and other participants, including individuals who participate in interviews, panels, or similar on-camera content. As described in our Terms & Conditions, this content may be used for WTE Miami's promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and other marketing channels. For individuals participating in an interview specifically, WTE Miami may use the resulting photographs, video, and audio for those purposes without further notice, unless that individual tells us otherwise or restricts such use in writing; such a request should be sent to admin@wtemiami.com.
Exhibitor Names, Logos, and Trademarks
Photographs and video of an Event may include the names, logos, and trademarks of Exhibitors as they appear on the show floor, including in booth and exhibit-hall footage. WTE Miami may use such footage, including the Exhibitor names, logos, and trademarks appearing in it, for the purpose of accurately depicting the Event and for WTE Miami's promotional and marketing purposes. This use does not imply that any Exhibitor endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with WTE Miami beyond its participation in the Event, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
