OTM Trade Visitor Eligibility

OTM is an exclusive B2B event for qualified travel-trade buyers. Trade-Visitor registrations are strictly reserved for attendees who satisfy our eligibility requirements, ensuring exhibitors and sponsors engage directly with qualified buyers and optimize their experience at the show.

Key Conditions:

1. Reservation of Admission Rights
   The Organisers reserve the right to grant or deny admission to OTM at their sole discretion. Trade Visitor application verification is not exact; should an error occur, applicants may contact the Fairfest team for reassessment. OTM remains a private event, and the Organisers' decisions on eligibility and admission are final.
2. Selling Without a Booth
   Applicants whose primary intention is to sell or promote products/services, without securing a seller booth are ineligible for Trade-Visitor badges.
3. Marketing Materials
   Distribution or display of sales and promotional collateral outside of a designated, rented booth is strictly prohibited.
4. Future Participation
   Prior attendance or registration at OTM does not guarantee admission to subsequent editions.
5. Booth Reservations
   Organisations wishing to promote their brand or destination should consider booking a booth. Our sales team is available to discuss package options and availability.

   • Domestic & International Tourism Boards
   • Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
   • Hotels, Resorts, Boutique Hotels, Homestays, Spa & Wellness Centers
   • 4-star & 5-star Deluxe Hotels
   • Adventure-Tourism Operators & Specialty Tour Providers
   • Cruise Lines, Airlines, Rail Services
   • Car-Rental Companies & Coach Operators
   • Travel-Technology Vendors, Accessories & Equipment Suppliers
   • Marketing Agencies & IT Service Providers
   • Travel Representation Companies
   • Individuals holding multiple business roles (e.g., Buyer & Seller)
   • Any business not directly related to travel & tourism
7. Guided Walkaround
   Prospective exhibitors exploring future participation may request a guided walkaround of the event with our sales representatives.
