General FAQs

WTE Miami 2026 takes place on October 27–28, 2026 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami Beach, Florida.

The exhibition is located in Hall B.

WTE Miami is a B2B travel trade event for qualified travel-industry professionals, including travel advisors, agency owners, tour operators, wholesalers, corporate and MICE buyers, DMCs, tourism organizations, hotels and other travel buyers and suppliers.

WTE Miami is not a general-public event. Entry is limited to qualified travel trade professionals, and visitor registrations are subject to review and approval.

We encourage all Trade Visitors to review the Entry Terms & Conditions before attending.

You can pre-schedule meetings through SnapCard, the official WTE Miami B2B networking platform.

SnapCard allows registered participants to discover and connect with relevant attendees and exhibitors and schedule meetings before the event.

SnapCard is now live. If you are registered as an Exhibitor, Trade Visitor, Preferred Buyer or Hosted Buyer, you should have received an email with your SnapCard login details.

Business or business-casual attire is recommended.

Comfortable, closed-toe footwear is recommended for the exhibition floor. Miami can be warm in October, while indoor spaces are air-conditioned, so you may also want to bring a light jacket or layer.

The Convention Center is approximately 12 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA) and 6 miles from Downtown Miami.

Taxi or rideshare: Uber, Lyft and taxis are widely available throughout Miami and are among the most convenient ways to reach the venue.

From Miami International Airport (MIA): Taxi, rideshare or private transfer provides the most direct connection to Miami Beach. Public transportation is also available through Miami-Dade Transit. WTE Miami does not provide a complimentary airport shuttle.

From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL): Visitors can travel to Miami Beach by taxi, rideshare, private transfer or rental car. Public transportation is also available, although transfers may be required.

Public transportation: Miami-Dade Transit operates bus services to Miami Beach, including stops around 17th Street and the Convention Center area. The City of Miami Beach also operates a free trolley service connecting areas throughout Miami Beach.

Brightline: Visitors travelling from Orlando, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale or Aventura can take Brightline to MiamiCentral Station in Downtown Miami and continue to the Convention Center by taxi, rideshare or connecting public transportation.

By car: The Convention Center can be reached via the I-395/MacArthur Causeway, I-195/Julia Tuttle Causeway or Venetian Causeway.

Parking: The Miami Beach Convention Center has an on-site parking garage with approximately 800 spaces, including accessible parking and EV charging spaces. The venue currently lists a $20 flat parking fee.

Allow extra travel time during peak periods and event days, when traffic entering and leaving Miami Beach may be heavier.

Complimentary attendee Wi-Fi is not available on the exhibition floor.

Exhibitors who require internet or Wi-Fi for their booth should arrange service separately through Smart City Networks or use a suitable mobile network.

Yes. A cafeteria is available inside the exhibition hall during the event.

Exhibitors requiring catering within their booth must arrange in-booth food and beverage separately through Sodexo, the official catering provider.

The Miami Beach Convention Center is accessible throughout.

Elevators are available on each level, and a limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge from the First Aid Room, subject to availability.

No. Luggage storage is not available at the venue. Attendees travelling with luggage should make alternative arrangements before arriving.

WTE Miami does not provide visa support letters for Trade Visitors or Hosted Buyers. Visitors are responsible for arranging any required visa independently.

Visa support letters are available only to confirmed exhibitors.

Trade Visitors FAQs

Trade Visitor registration is for qualified travel buyers and industry professionals who source or contract travel products and services for their clients.

This includes travel advisors, agency owners and other professionals with travel purchasing responsibilities.

Each registration is reviewed and subject to approval. If your primary purpose is to promote or sell travel products or services, please contact the WTE Miami team about exhibiting.

Approved Trade Visitors receive access to the exhibition, general conference sessions excluding invitation-only programmes, networking opportunities and WTE Miami’s meeting scheduling platform.

Travel and accommodation are not included.

MPI Micro-Certificate sessions are separately ticketed and are not included with general Trade Visitor registration.

Complete the online Trade Visitor registration form. Each attendee must register individually.

Registration is subject to review and approval. A registration-received email confirms that your submission has been received. Your attendance is confirmed only once you receive your acceptance or confirmation email.

Register as a Trade Visitor

Online Trade Visitor registration remains open until midnight on October 26, 2026.

If you have not registered online by then, on-site registration is available at US$40, subject to eligibility and approval.

Yes. Trade Visitors may attend for one day if that suits their schedule.

Approved Hosted/Preferred Buyers should attend both event days and complete their required meetings to qualify for reimbursement under the Buyer Program.

A colleague or companion who is also an eligible travel professional can submit their own registration.

Everyone attending requires an individual approved registration. Preferred Buyer benefits do not automatically extend to accompanying attendees.

Buyer e-badges will be emailed to the email address associated with the registration before the event.

Present your e-badge at the Registration Area on the show days to collect your printed event badge.

WTE Miami 2026 takes place in Hall B at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Yes. Exhibitors can collect their badges from the Registration Area on Monday, October 26, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Badge collection is also available on Tuesday, October 27, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Exhibitor registration closes at 12:00 PM on October 27 for the remainder of the show.

All carriers must check in by 5:00 PM on October 28. If your carrier does not check in by the deadline, your freight will be rerouted through eLogistics.

All exhibitors must be cleared from the hall by 9:00 PM.

For safety reasons, open-toe shoes, sandals and flip-flops are not permitted during move-in or move-out. Children under 16 are also not permitted in the exhibition hall during these periods.

Exhibitors can ship materials to the advance warehouse or directly to the show according to the instructions in the WTE Miami 2026 Exhibitor Kit .

Advance warehouse: Freight may arrive between September 25 and October 16, 2026.

Direct shipments: Direct shipments will not be accepted before October 25.

Shipping addresses, labels, handling requirements and applicable charges are provided in the Exhibitor Kit.

Freight and logistics are handled by Expo Convention Contractors, Inc. (ExpoCCI).

ExpoCCI is WTE Miami’s official general contractor for booth construction and related services.

Exhibitors can order furniture, flooring, accessories, AV equipment, showcases, booth cleaning, waste removal and other booth services through the official exhibitor ordering process.

The advance-order deadline is October 9, 2026. Orders submitted after this date are subject to standard or on-site rates and availability.

Electrical services are provided by Edlen.

Order Electrical Services

Turnkey Booth Packages #2, #3 and #4 include one electrical outlet. Package #1 does not include electricity.

Additional electricity should be ordered through the official electrical ordering process.

The electrical order deadline is October 6, 2026.

Yes. All in-booth catering must be arranged through Sodexo, the official food and beverage provider at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Yes. All exhibitors are required to have valid liability insurance.

Exhibitors can either submit a valid Certificate of Insurance for approval by WTE Miami or purchase coverage for US$80 through BUTTINE Exhibition and Event Insurance.

International exhibitors submitting their own insurance must ensure the policy includes worldwide liability coverage.

Exhibitors using an external or non-official contractor must submit the required documentation and approvals.

Preferred & Hosted Buyers FAQs

No. The Hosted Buyer Program is full, and applications are closed.

Qualified travel buyers can instead apply for the Preferred Buyer Program, subject to eligibility, approval and availability.

The Preferred Buyer Program is designed for qualified travel buyers attending WTE Miami who meet the programme’s eligibility requirements.

Applications are reviewed, and participation is subject to approval and availability.

Apply as a Preferred Buyer

Approved Preferred Buyers receive complimentary WTE Miami registration and can claim up to US$200 in reimbursement toward eligible attendance expenses after the event.

The US$200 is not an upfront payment or hotel voucher. Reimbursement is subject to completion of the required meetings, submission of eligible receipts and the Preferred Buyer Program terms.

Eligible expenses include accommodation, transportation, parking, meals and non-alcoholic beverages incurred between October 26–29, 2026.

The total reimbursement cannot exceed US$200 or the value of verified eligible expenses, whichever is lower.

Please retain your receipts throughout your trip.

Preferred Buyers must complete at least 10 scheduled, in-person business meetings per day with participating exhibitors or sponsors during WTE Miami.

Meeting completion is verified as part of the reimbursement process.

The reimbursement claim link will be shared within five business days after WTE Miami.

Eligible receipts must be submitted by November 15, 2026, following the instructions provided.

Claims are reviewed against the programme requirements before reimbursement is processed.

No. Preferred Buyers arrange and pay for their own travel and accommodation.

Eligible accommodation, transportation and other qualifying expenses can be submitted toward the US$200 reimbursement limit, subject to programme terms.

No. Preferred Buyers can choose and book accommodation that suits their schedule and budget.

Eligible hotel expenses may be submitted for reimbursement, subject to the Preferred Buyer Program terms and the US$200 total limit.

The Preferred Buyer Program is limited to one person per company.

Additional eligible colleagues may submit separate Trade Visitor registrations, subject to approval.

If you have already been confirmed as a Hosted Buyer, your Hosted Buyer confirmation and programme terms will continue to apply upon submission of the signed agreement and shared flight itinerary.

Approved Hosted Buyers receive two nights / three days of complimentary hotel accommodation.

Airfare, airport transfers, hotel-to-venue transfers and meals are not included
