WTE Miami's responsibility is limited to providing the stay certificate to the winner.
WTE Miami does not operate, manage, book or fulfil the hotel stay.
Activation, reservations, availability, hotel arrangements, redemption, applicable charges and all other requirements are handled directly between the winner and the certificate provider and are subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.
Flights are not included.
Any resort fees, Environmental Sanitation Tax, local taxes, additional nights, meals, beverages, upgrades, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses or other charges are the responsibility of the winner unless specifically included by the certificate provider.
The three eligible posts with the highest verified engagement will be selected as winners.

This promotion is organised by Fairfest, Inc., organiser of WTE Miami (“the Organiser”).
The promotion is open to registered attendees of WTE Miami 2026, taking place on October 27–28, 2026 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
To qualify as a winner, the participant must be physically present at WTE Miami 2026 when the winners are announced.
If a selected participant is not present, WTE Miami may offer the prize certificate to the next eligible participant.

Only engagement that can reasonably be verified by WTE Miami will be considered.
WTE Miami reserves the right to exclude engagement that appears to be purchased, automated, generated by bots, duplicated, spam, manipulated, fraudulent, or otherwise intended to unfairly influence the result.

The accommodation and related services are supplied and administered by the relevant certificate or hospitality provider.

Unless expressly stated on the certificate, the prize does not include:

The winner is solely responsible for activating, booking and redeeming the certificate according to the provider's instructions.
WTE Miami is not responsible for:

The prize has no cash alternative.
The certificate may not be sold, exchanged or transferred, except where expressly permitted by both WTE Miami and the certificate provider.
WTE Miami may disqualify an entrant where it reasonably determines that:

The Organiser's determination relating to the administration, verification and outcome of the promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.
