Hosted Buyers Application Program for WTE Miami 2025:
The WTE Miami 2025 event will take place on September 17th and 18th, 2025 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. This B2B event is designed to connect travel companies and professionals with suppliers from around the world. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in unparalleled networking, gain exclusive insights, and participate in pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings.

Hosted Buyer Program
Qualified hosted buyers will receive complimentary event registration, pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings, an invitation to a cocktail reception, access to an exclusive VIP lounge, and special travel allowance.
Travel Allowance
Hosted buyers will receive a travel allowance based on their attendance. For two-day attendance, the allowance is $200, including a minimum of 24 appointments. For one-day attendance, the allowance is $75, including a minimum of 12 appointments.
Requirements for Hosted Buyers
Attend the WTE Miami on September 17th and/or 18th, 2025.
Participate in WTE Miami 2025 scheduled activities
Engage in minimum 12 one-on-one appointments each day during the WTE Miami 2025. *Limited spots available, 30 for day 1 and 30 for day 2.
