How do I get there?
- Enter the Miami Beach Convention Center through the West Lobby Main Entrance.
- Go to the WTE Miami registration area outside Hall B.
- Follow the line for your registration type:
- Already registered: Go to the Trade Visitor – Pre-Registered Kiosk. Scan your e-badge to print your badge.
- Registered on-site: After registering, go to the Trade Visitor – Onsite Kiosk. Scan your registration QR code to print your badge.

- Go to the WTE Miami registration area outside Hall B.
- Find your company below to locate your badge pickup desk. Find My Company
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pick up your badges.
Need an additional badge?
- Click “Find My Company” below and search for your company. Find My Company
- Select “Request Additional Badges” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Badges beyond the allocated limit will be charged $100 each.

Move-out
Wednesday, October 28: 5 PM–9 PM. Carriers must check in by 5 PM. All exhibitors must be clear of the hall by 9 PM.
Preferred Buyer Program
Terms & Conditions
As a Preferred Buyer, your participation is subject to the following terms:
- Complete at least 10 in-person meetings with exhibitors or sponsors during the show.
- Save all receipts for eligible expenses. Reimbursable expenses must fall under one of the following categories: meals (food and non-alcoholic beverages only), lodging, transportation, or parking, incurred between October 26 and 29, in connection with your travel to and attendance at WTE Miami 2026.
- Total reimbursement is capped at $200 and will be processed after the event once completed meetings and submitted receipts are verified.
- Reimbursement will be issued through one of the available payment methods.
- The organizer's decision on eligibility, verification, and reimbursement is final.
- A reimbursement claim link will be shared with all Preferred Buyers within five business days after WTE Miami 2026 ends. Receipts must be submitted by November 15, 2026 to be considered for reimbursement.
